■ 咳またはラッセル音で特徴づけられる急性の肺の損傷
　acute lung injury characterized by coughing and rales
■ 堅くなって繊維質状になり、酸素を交換できなくなる肺炎
　inflammation of the lungs which become stiff and fibrous and cannot exchange oxygen
■ 腐食性薬品蒸気、アンモニアまたは塩素などの刺激物にさらされた人に生じる
　occurs among persons exposed to irritants such as corrosive chemical vapors or ammonia or chlorine etc.
